Synopsis

Take A Quack At It! is a family-friendly rock ‘n roll musical that follows Topher Mallard, an enthusiastic duckling who dreams of becoming a rock star. At rock camp, Topher’s overeagerness and inability to fly cause other ducklings to ostrich-cize them. Topher’s rock ‘n roll idol, The Ugly Duckling (Tud), performs a surprise concert at camp. Deeply inspired by Tud’s rags-to-riches story, Topher decides to ditch camp and follow Tud to his next big concert at Waddlepalooza. On their journey through the Spooky Scary Forest, Topher learns lessons from some feathered friends: to embrace their voice, defend themself from predacious eagles, and how to fly! Unbeknownst to Topher, the camp director Webber reveals he is secretly an eagle, and locks the campers in a coop, plotting to devour them.

Topher makes it to Waddlepalooza and unintentionally knocks over Tud’s microphone, exposing their idol as a beak-syncing fraud! Tud angrily drags Topher back to camp and locks Topher in a coop with their fellow campers. In a shocking twist, Topher learns that Tud is the villainous mastermind behind the camp!

With newfound confidence, Topher warns the campers not to trust their idols and hatches a plan to escape. In an epic battle royale, Topher and the campers escape and lock Tud and Webber in the coop. The campers celebrate Topher, who has learned to truly embrace who they are. Topher rises to stardom and headlines Waddlepalooza as the new duckin’ cluckin’ quack-a-lackin’ rock star that Tud never truly was.
